Why Mindfulness?

Doing some form of mindfulness or relaxation practice at least twice daily can help you be as free as possible from anxiety, tension, and the repeated negative thoughts of a depressed mind.

As little as 5 minutes, several times a day can have amazing results.

Research has shown the regular practice of mindfulness improves mood and reduces anxiety.

Along with background information on mindful practices, visit the websites in the Mindfulness menu for information and exercises you can do at home or on the run.
